Queens Banquet

This year's banquet was a great success, Thank you for your help and support....

Esther 2:9
And the maiden pleased him, and she obtained kindness of him; and he speedily gave her her things for purification, with such things as belonged to her, and seven maidens, which were meet to be given her, out of the king's house: and he preferred her and her maids unto the best place of the house of the women. KJV

At "A Queen's Banquet" the intent is to take special interest in women who are hurting, lost and without hope.  The banquet is to inform them that they are special and their lives count for something.  As Esther found favor with Hegai (keeper of women), the women at "A Queen's Banquet" will be pampered, cared for, and shown love by those who are keepers of God's word. 

As Esther was "given things for her purification", the ladies at "A Queen's Banquet" are given clothing, hair styling, and facials along with manicures for that personal "Hands-On" touch. At "A Queen's Banquet", we want the ladies to feel like a QUEEN.  We must let them know they can be beautiful both spiritually and physically.

The Bible also says that Esther was given "such things that belonged to her."  According to the NIV scriptures, special food was provided.  Therefore, at "A Queen's Banquet" all ladies are provided a free lunch.  We must always remember that it is hard to tell someone how much Jesus loves them when they have an empty stomach.
